This place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite the cold and wet weather, the flat was warm and cozy. Being on the ground floor was a relief for my 7-year-old son. It was impressively quiet, except for a brief moment of neighbors vacuuming in the morning. The highlight was joining everyone on the street to watch the jaw-dropping fireworks display. The shower pressure was fantastic and the internet was lightning fast. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The whole apartment was sparkling clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The high-quality furnishings and attention to detail made it feel like a home, not a holiday let. It was a perfect fit for our family of five, and we loved the bonus of having outside space. The walk into town was only 15-20 minutes and there was a convenient Sainsbury's Local on the corner. The kitchen space may have been small, but it didn't matter with so many incredible cafes and restaurants nearby. We even successfully cooked every day. this was by far our favorite place we've stayed in during our visits to this city.

Thank you very much for very lovely stay, having setting in the garden which was quite intrusive. The place is near the centre and Royal Mile. I can't recommend highly enough staying here.

The 3-bedroom apartment was absolutely fantastic! The living room had a TV with satellite channels, perfect for chilling after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, making it easy to whip up some meals. And the bathroom with a bath or shower was just what I needed to relax. it felt like home away from home.
Personally, I found the kitchenware a bit limited, but hey, that's just my personal preference. Others might still find it sufficient.

Had to provide my whole life story and jump through hoops to stay here, but hey, at least I got the entire apartment to myself! Access to a shared garden was a thrilling bonus.
Such a shame that the kitchen was basically the size of a postage stamp. Cooking elaborate meals was a real joy.

Mind-blowing location, close to the action but in a peaceful area. Super spacious flat with comfortable beds. Separate entrance and access to communal garden were jaw-droppingly convenient. Small groceries nearby. Free Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, no pets/no smoking. Review title: "Absolutely Amazing Stay!

The living room is so cozy with a TV and satellite channels, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen is a godsend, making it easy to whip up meals and save money on eating out. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with either a bath or shower option, providing ultimate relaxation. I love that the apartment comes with kitchen appliances like a fridge, oven, stovetop, and microwave. The complimentary Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. With three bedrooms, there's plenty of space for a group of friends or a family to comfortably stay.
Personally, I found one feature a bit lacking, the hairdryer. It's not the most powerful, but others may not mind.

This apartment was everything we could ask for during our city trip. the place was sparkling clean and had high-quality furnishings. the attention to detail made us feel like we were staying in a cozy home rather than a holiday rental. the kitchen and bathroom were particularly impressive. Plus, the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet residential street, it was within easy walking distance of all the amenities we needed. We also loved having access to a small communal garden, which was a pleasant bonus.
The only downside we found was the tiny kitchen. While it was reasonably equipped with all the necessary amenities, it became tiring to cook full meals every day for our family.

We had a great time staying here - it was a really nice experience. The place is in a peaceful neighborhood that's also super close to both a quiet spot and the city center 🌳🏙️.

The 3-bedroom apartment is such a cozy and comfortable space! The living room with satellite TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of biking around Edinburgh. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities I need to prepare my own meals. And having a bathroom with a bath or shower is just great!
Personally, I found the microwave in the kitchen a bit outdated, but that's just my preference. Others may still find it functional and convenient.

The apartment was sparkling clean with high-quality furnishings and attention to detail. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was also clean. The location was great, just out of the city center but close enough to walk. There were plenty of local bus routes available for transportation.
No negatives.

We had a fantastic stay at the Classic Marchmont Charm. The apartment was spacious, warm, and beautifully presented. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We also loved the outside space, which was a bonus. The location was perfect - a quiet area but still close to the center of town. There was a Sainsbury's Local nearby for any essentials we needed. Despite the small kitchen, we managed to cook every day and there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to explore in Edinburgh. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the Classic Marchmont Charm.
